How To: Download

Whilst we encourage you to read the magazine online, in the flip format, it is of course possible to download the magazine in pdf format to enjoy offline. We strive to keep the pdf as small as possible without sacrificing image quality, so the file is usually somewhere around the 5mb mark. Often smaller. There are three methods to download the magazine.

Option 1: Direct Download. On SACM’s homepage, as you would have noticed, the current issue is displayed as a sticky post. Below the the magazine itself, in the blurb detailing the issue, we will embed a download link to bring it down. We do occasionally change the download plug-in, so it can vary as to whether you need to right-click and then save or left click, but it is very simple either way.

Option 2: RapidShare. We have had problems with the above download plug-ins before, although those issues have been resolved. Nevertheless, as a backup method, SACM is available on RapidShare’s file hosting service. Simply go to the SACM Linklist and follow the steps.

Now select the issue you wish to download, then select free user. There will be a small delay as you are a free user, but once ready simply hit the download button.

Option 3: Torrents. Downloading SACM via P2P networks is possible, all you need is a BitTorrent client such as Vuze. Do a Google search to find the torrent tracker file and then throw that file into you client. You torrent client will do the rest. Just be sure to continue seeding the file once complete.
