How To: RSS
SACM’s RSS feed is a great way to know exactly when the latest issue of SACM has arrived. Our RSS feed functions in the same way as any website’s RSS.
Step 1: Decide what you will use to capture the RSS feed. There are many free applications out there designed for this very purpose, some mail clients such as Apple’s Mail have the feature built in. Google Reader is one solution, www.google.com/reader, Feedburner is another option from Google, feedburner.google.com. There are many programmes capable of capturing our RSS feed, it is up to you to decide what you will use, just Google it if unsure as to what you may use.
Step 2: Capture our RSS feed with the application you use for RSS. Simply click the link on our homepage that says: “SUBSCRIBE TO OUR RSS FEED“, this will take you to a page that displays many lines of confusing text. Don’t worry, just ignore them. All you need is the URL in your address bar. Copy the URL in your address bar, and then paste it into whatever application you will be using.
Step 3: Enjoy! Whenever a new issue of SACM goes up onto the website you’ll receive notification and a link to the new issue.
